We are currently searching for a Consultant/Project Manager (m/f/d) with fluent French language skills to start as soon as possible in our headquarters in Bad Homburg (near Frankfurt am Main), Germany.
Your tasks in brief Project aquisition
Tracking of projects/early intelligence, research of background information;
Contact to/networking with donors, clients, partners, and experts;
Management and coordination of the acquisition process, including preparation of Expressions of Interest (EoI) and technical proposals, staff recruitment and fee negotiations, identification of consortium partners, support to the preparation of financial proposals; and
Organisation and lead of fact-finding missions to the recipient countries.
Project implementation
Management of projects from a technical and financial point of view;
Coordination and supervision of infrastructure projects;
Review and preparation of reports;
Technical, administrative, and logistical support for the project team on site;
Donor, client, partner, and expert management.
Consulting assignments
Missions abroad (short- and medium-term) in international infrastructure projects.
A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US
Your profile
Relevant academic degree (Master), preferably in the fields of civil engineering or architecture
At least 2 years experience in the construction or consulting business; ideally with focus on social infrastructure
Proven experience in the acquisition and management of infrastructure projects;
Knowledge of donor procedures and requirements, especially KfW, GIZ and EU, is a plus;
Business fluent language skills in French and English is a must; knowledge of Spanish would be an asset;
Strong writing, communication, networking and team-working skills;
Work experience abroad in target countries for development cooperation is a plus;
Sound user knowledge of MS Office package.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Consultant/Projektmanager (m/w/d) mit fließenden Französischkenntnissen für unseren Hauptsitz in Bad Homburg (bei Frankfurt am Main).
Projekt-Akquisition
Tracking von Projekten/Frühaufklärung, Recherche von Hintergrundinformationen;
Kontaktaufnahme/Vernetzung mit Geldgebern, Kunden, Partnern und Experten;
Management und Koordination des Akquisitionsprozesses, einschließlich der Vorbereitung von Interessenbekundungen (Expressions of Interest - EoI) und technischen Vorschlägen, Personalrekrutierung und Honorarverhandlungen, Identifizierung von Konsortialpartnern, Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Finanzierungsvorschlägen; und
Organisation und Leitung von Erkundungsmissionen in den Empfängerländern.
Projektdurchführung
Verwaltung von Projekten in technischer und finanzieller Hinsicht;
Koordinierung und Überwachung von Infrastrukturprojekten;
Überprüfung und Erstellung von Berichten;
Technische, administrative und logistische Unterstützung des Projektteams vor Ort;
Geber-, Kunden-, Partner- und Expertenmanagement.
Beratungseinsätze
Auslandseinsätze (kurz- und mittelfristig) in internationalen Infrastrukturprojekten.
EIN PROFIL, DAS UNS ÜBERZEUGT
Ihr Profil
Einschlägiger akademischer Abschluss (Master), vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur
Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Bau- oder Beratungsbranche, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf sozialer Infrastruktur
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Akquisition und im Management von Infrastrukturprojekten;
Kenntnisse von Geberverfahren und -anforderungen, insbesondere KfW, GIZ und EU, sind von Vorteil;
Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch und Englisch sind ein Muss; Spanischkenntnisse wären von Vorteil;
Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Schreiben, Kommunikation, Networking und Teamarbeit;
Arbeitserfahrung im Ausland in den Zielländern der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit ist ein Plus;
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket.
